Strawberry
Brownie
Introduction
This is a delicious brownie with a surprise filling covered
in whipped topping, sliced strawberries and drizzled with
chocolate.
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ready In: 1 Hour 10 Minutes
Serving: 1 person
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon strawberry preserves
- 1/8 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix
- 1/8 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping,
thawed
- 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 7/8 fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according
to package directions, and pour batter into 2 round 8-inch cake pans. Bake as directed. Cool
completely.
- Run a knife around the outer edge
of the cake pans, and tap out one of the rounds onto a
serving plate. Spread half of the strawberry preserves over
the top. Place the second brownie round on top, and spread
the remaining strawberry jam on it. Frost the top and sides
of the cake with whipped topping. Arrange the sliced
strawberries on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, and
serve.
